Is hydraulic circuit design included?
The service focuses on manufacturing a new metal block to an approved customer design. Circuit function, safety calculations and component selection require separately defined engineering inputs.
How are internal passage burrs managed?
Passage intersections are identified from the drawing and model, with controlled deburring at accessible edges. Inaccessible zones and the verification method are agreed before order.
Can pressure or leakage testing be included?
Where required, feasibility can be reviewed after test fluid, pressure, duration, permitted leakage, blanking arrangement and report format are defined. No unspecified test level is assumed.
Can repeat production and traceability be supported?
Yes. Batch repeat production can be planned when the approved revision, material certificate, operation plan, critical dimensions and cleanliness/inspection records are controlled between orders.
