4-axis CNC milling Turkey

Four-axis milling can reduce setups for radial holes, multi-sided housings and repeated features around an axis. For new components, datum layout, rotary-axis alignment and inaccessible faces are identified before the operation and inspection plan is released.

Applications and manufacturing scope

Four-axis milling can reduce setups for radial holes, multi-sided housings and repeated features around an axis. For new components, datum layout, rotary-axis alignment and inaccessible faces are identified before the operation and inspection plan is released.

  • Flanges with radial holes, multi-sided housings and prismatic components
  • Machining cam, groove and spline-like features around an axis
  • Maintaining positional relationships between faces with fewer setups

Technical acceptance and order inputs

Rotary centreline, part datum, index angles, fixture collisions and tool access are verified in the digital operation plan.

  • Share the PDF drawing, STEP/STP, quantity and operating conditions.
  • Review part orientations, rotary-axis need, datums and fixture strategy.
  • Prepare program, fixture and tool path to the approved revision and machine the part.
  • Verify inter-face position, hole patterns and critical geometries.

Manufacturing

What we coordinate for your drawing

  • Flanges with radial holes, multi-sided housings and prismatic components
  • Machining cam, groove and spline-like features around an axis
  • Maintaining positional relationships between faces with fewer setups

Project control

Clear technical responsibility for new component manufacturing

  • The scope starts with manufacturing a new component from raw material or a semi-finished blank to an approved drawing.
  • Rotary centreline, part datum, index angles, fixture collisions and tool access are verified in the digital operation plan.
  • Drawing revision, process sequence and acceptance records are tracked through the order.
  • Manufacturing, quality documentation and export delivery are managed as one CNC-Turkey project.

FAQ

Questions international buyers ask

What is the difference between 4-axis and 5-axis milling?

Four-axis adds one rotary axis to three linear axes. If geometry needs a second rotary axis or continuous orientation changes, 5-axis may be more suitable.

Is every part machined with simultaneous 4-axis motion?

No. Indexed 3+1 machining may be more stable and economical for many parts. The method follows surface, tolerance and access requirements.

Can fixture design be included?

Fixture needs are reviewed from part, quantity and acceptance criteria. Design inputs, approval responsibility and fixture deliverable are stated in the quotation.

Which file formats are preferred?

A PDF drawing is preferred for dimensions and tolerances, and STEP/STP for geometry and CAM review. Revisions must match.

Can the 4-axis route be retained for repeat production?

Yes. When the approved program revision, fixture references, tool list and inspection plan are controlled between orders, new components can follow the same defined route.
