Dimensional conformity alone is not enough for a heavy-equipment component. Material, mating surfaces, hardness, lubrication grooves, fits, grinding allowance and field assembly must be reviewed together. CNC-Turkey coordinates technical review, manufacturing, secondary processes, inspection documentation and export delivery through one accountable team.

Heavy-equipment component families we review

Rotational and prismatic parts used in excavators, loaders, breakers, attachments and similar heavy-duty equipment are reviewed against the current drawing, revision and operating conditions. Understanding the component's actual duty and mating parts is as important as the machine model.

  • Boom, arm, bucket and linkage pins
  • Bushings with lubrication grooves or specified fits
  • Shafts, rollers and connection pernos
  • Flanges, bearing housings, rings and custom connection components

Wear and lubrication in pin-and-bushing pairs

A pin and bushing are separate parts but operate as one system. Diametral fit, surface roughness, hardness differential, oil holes and groove geometry should be considered with load direction, oscillation and maintenance practice. The manufacturing route is built around the final dimensions and acceptance criteria on the drawing.

Material, hardness and finishing planned together

Options such as C45, 42CrMo4, 41Cr4, 34CrNiMo6 and case-hardening steels are not selected from the part name alone. Section, load, impact, wear, welding or assembly interfaces and the specification are reviewed together. Where suitable, hardening, carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening, grinding or coating can be coordinated through qualified suppliers.

Requests to reproduce an existing replacement part

Where a current drawing exists, the quotation is based on its revision, material and acceptance requirements. If only a worn sample is available, reference dimensions, mating-part data, operating load and material may be missing; request a feasibility review with photographs and basic measurements before shipping the sample. Identical performance cannot be guaranteed from a sample alone, so scope and validation method are agreed in writing before quotation.

Inspection records and traceability

Critical diameters, lengths, hole positions, runout, fits and surface requirements are linked to the inspection plan during quotation. When requested and agreed, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, dimensional reports, hardness results or process certificates can be supplied; external CMM inspection is coordinated separately where required.

Repeat orders and export delivery

The approved revision, material, process and inspection plan form the starting point for repeat batches. Parts can be prepared with agreed packing requirements such as corrosion protection, protection of precision surfaces, labelling and batch separation. EXW, FCA Istanbul, DAP and, for suitable sea shipments, CIF/CFR options are evaluated during quotation.

Real heavy-duty components

Focused on the functional surfaces of heavy-equipment parts

The images explain functional surfaces, lubrication paths, fits and common-datum strategy for heavy-duty components. Manufacturability of a new part is assessed only from an authorized drawing and specification.

FAQ

Questions international buyers ask

Which heavy-equipment parts can you quote?

Drawing-based pins, bushings, shafts, rollers, flanges, rings, bearing housings and similar turned or milled parts can be reviewed. Feasibility is confirmed from geometry, dimensions, weight, material, tolerances, processes and quantity.

Can you manufacture when only an old or worn sample is available?

A preliminary feasibility review is possible, but a worn sample alone does not establish original dimensions, tolerances, material or hardness. Before shipping it, share photographs, basic measurements, machine/model information and mating-part data; measurement and validation scope must be agreed in writing.

Can pins and bushings be heat-treated and ground?

Subject to material and specification, hardening, carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening and grinding routes can be coordinated. Target hardness/depth, final dimensions, roughness and acceptance method must be defined before quotation.

Can I request a quote using only an OEM brand or part number?

A brand and part number can help identify the request but are not sufficient for manufacturing. You must provide drawings, dimensions and specifications you are authorized to use in compliance with intellectual-property rights; CNC-Turkey does not claim to represent the OEM.

What information is needed for a quote?

Send a PDF drawing and, where available, STEP/STP together with quantity, material, hardness/heat treatment, critical fits, Ra/Rz, coating, machine application, annual demand, destination country and required documents.
