Complementary processes can be coordinated through a qualified supplier network. No size, geometry or material is assumed suitable automatically; drawing review is decisive.
Depending on component requirements, heat treatment, case hardening, induction hardening, nitriding, cylindrical and surface grinding, hard chrome, zinc plating, black oxide, anodizing and surface coating can be evaluated.
✓Hard machining and grinding for components up to approximately 65 HRC can be coordinated subject to drawing review.
✓Ra/Rz requirements, coating allowances and post-treatment dimensional change are evaluated project by project.

01
Share the drawing and CAD file
02
Review manufacturability, material and critical requirements
03
Confirm material, quantity and quality requirements
04
Receive a quotation with lead time and delivery terms
05
Agree the sample or first-article approach where required
You can send PDF drawings, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DXF, DWG and ZIP files, together with quantity, material, critical tolerances and delivery country.
Can material certificates be supplied?
EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be supplied when requested and agreed during quotation. Source, form, dimensions and purchase conditions affect availability.
What if CMM inspection or a detailed dimensional report is required?
Dimensional inspection uses suitable conventional measuring equipment. Where CMM inspection, detailed dimensional reports or third-party verification are required, these services can be coordinated through a qualified measurement network.
How quickly will I get a first response?
We typically send the first technical response to your enquiry within 2 business days.
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FCA Istanbul, DAP and CIF/CFR (sea freight) are supported; the exact Incoterm is agreed during quotation.
