This service focuses on new metal components to approved customer drawings. Complete system calculations, valve circuits and safety design are not automatically included.
Which hydraulic components can be manufactured?
Bodies, pistons, rods, glands, guides, end caps, bushings and mounting ends can be reviewed from drawing, size and material.
How should seal grooves and surfaces be specified?
Put the seal manufacturer's groove geometry, tolerances and roughness requirements on the drawing. Manufacturing dimensions are not guessed when seal selection is undefined.
Is pressure testing included?
Part-level dimensional inspection is standard. If assembly and pressure testing are required, pressure, fluid, duration, leakage criterion and responsibility are defined separately before quotation.
Can matched hydraulic components be supplied together?
Yes. With approved individual drawings, the fits and surface requirements of new bodies, pistons, rods, glands, guides and connection components can be inspected as a matched set.
