Manufacturing capability for long, controlled bores
Deep Hole Drilling in Turkey
Approx. Ø30–110 mm bore diameter and up to 4000 mm long. Length-to-diameter ratio, drift, entry/exit conditions and material are reviewed for every drawing.
One accountable teamCNC-Turkey manages international sales, engineering communication, production coordination, quality documentation and export operations. Manufacturing is carried out through an established machining infrastructure in Istanbul, Türkiye.

deep hole drilling Turkey
Deep hole drilling must control more than bore diameter: axis drift, surface condition and allowance for subsequent finishing matter. For newly manufactured shafts, piston bodies, manifold-style bodies and long sleeves, drilling is planned together with turning, honing or internal grinding.

Project control
Clear technical responsibility for new component manufacturing
—The scope starts with manufacturing a new component from raw material or a semi-finished blank to an approved drawing.
—Bore axis, entry datum, permitted drift, bottom form and exit-burr requirement are defined explicitly.
—Drawing revision, process sequence and acceptance records are tracked through the order.
—Manufacturing, quality documentation and export delivery are managed as one CNC-Turkey project.

Share the PDF drawing, STEP/STP, quantity and operating conditions.
02
Review L/D ratio, material, accuracy and tool access.
03
Prepare datum faces and drill with controlled intermediate checks.
04

Complete delivery with approved documentation and protective packing.
Provide diameter/length, tolerance, axis datum, drift limit, through/blind-end geometry, material and final surface requirement.
Can every diameter be drilled to 4000 mm?
No. Even within approx. Ø30–110 mm, feasibility depends on L/D ratio, material, drift requirement and bore type.
Can the bore be honed after drilling?
Yes. When final diameter, tolerance, cylindricity and roughness are defined, drilling allowance can be planned for honing.
How is bore accuracy inspected?
The method follows bore size and acceptance criteria; diameter, position to datums and drift can be reported with suitable inspection methods.
Can turning be included with deep-hole drilling?
Yes. External-diameter datums, the entry face and bore axis of the new component can be prepared in one route while preserving stock for any subsequent honing or internal grinding.
