Which flange and ring types can be reviewed?
Hubbed, blind, adapter, mounting, bearing and drawing-specific circular parts can be reviewed against size, material, weight and tolerances.
What is the maximum diameter?
Large-turning scope can be reviewed up to approximately Ø710 mm. Final feasibility depends on thickness, hub, weight, workholding, bolt pattern and finishing.
Is flange-code certification automatically included?
No. The applicable EN, ASME, DIN or customer standard, material grade, tests and documentation scope must be defined before quotation and feasibility is reviewed accordingly.
Can repeat batch production be supported?
Yes. Prototype-to-repeat-batch production can be planned when the approved revision, blank, workholding plan, critical dimensions and inspection records are controlled.
