Drawing-based machined replacement parts for crushers, screens, conveyors and mineral-processing equipment
A current drawing is preferred. With only a worn sample, reference dimensions, mating-part data, loads, material and operating conditions may be missing. We first assess feasibility from photographs and basic measurements; the validation method and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before quotation.
C45, 42CrMo4, 41Cr4, 34CrNiMo6 and suitable stainless grades are reviewed against section size, load, impact, welding interfaces and specification. Hardening, carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening, grinding or hard chrome are coordinated only where appropriate to the drawing and operating requirement.
Critical diameters, fits, hole positions, runout, finish and hardness requirements are linked to the inspection plan during quotation. When requested and agreed, material documents, dimensional reports, hardness results or process certificates can be supplied. Packing and delivery terms are selected according to component weight, surface protection and destination country.
