From sample to repeat production

A project that starts with one prototype can, where required, be planned for repeat production against the same drawing, revision, material and quality requirements.

Priority: a clear technical scope

Rather than promising a generic speed, we prepare a workable quotation by clarifying material, heat treatment, coating, critical dimensions and target delivery conditions.

How to prepare a good prototype RFQ

To receive the fastest and most accurate quotation for a CNC prototype from Turkey, prepare the following information:

  • Technical drawing or 3D model in PDF or STEP/STP format
  • Material and heat-treatment requirements where applicable (e.g. 42CrMo4 +QT, 6082 T6)
  • Quantity (typically 1–5 pieces for prototype)
  • Critical tolerances and surface requirements — plus the general tolerance standard if applicable (ISO 2768-m etc.)
  • Delivery country and preferred freight method (air / road / sea)

Prototype cost and lead time from Turkey

In CNC prototype orders, unit cost is higher than series production because fixed setup and programming costs are spread over few parts. Production time is typically 2–4 weeks; transit time is added to this.

Air freight from Turkey to Europe is 3–7 days; road freight is 3–6 days. Air freight to Australia and the USA is 5–10 days. Starting the prototype phase by air freight is the most common strategy to accelerate design approval.

Manufacturing

What we coordinate for your drawing

  • CNC turning, milling and multi-task machining for suitable geometries
  • Prototype, low-volume, medium-series and repeat production
  • Coordination of material, heat treatment, grinding, coating and inspection services
  • Drawing-based review of tolerances, surface requirements and documentation

Sourcing

Clear accountability, not a workshop search

  • One team for international sales, technical communication, quality documentation and export
  • Manufacturing carried out through an established machining infrastructure in Istanbul
  • A route selected between group capability and a qualified supplier network for the part
  • Traceable project coordination from quotation through packing and shipment

FAQ

Questions international buyers ask

Which files can I send for a quotation?

You can send PDF drawings, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DXF, DWG and ZIP files, together with quantity, material, critical tolerances and delivery country.

Can material certificates be supplied?

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be supplied when requested and agreed during quotation. Source, form, dimensions and purchase conditions affect availability.

What if CMM inspection or a detailed dimensional report is required?

Dimensional inspection uses suitable conventional measuring equipment. Where CMM inspection, detailed dimensional reports or third-party verification are required, these services can be coordinated through a qualified measurement network.

How quickly will I get a first response?

We typically send the first technical response to your enquiry within 2 business days.

Which Incoterms do you support?

EXW, FCA Istanbul, DAP and CIF/CFR (sea freight) are supported; the exact Incoterm is agreed during quotation.
