For repeat production, revision control, material source, inspection records and packing information are clarified before order release.
Sample, first-article or customer-specific inspection packages can be evaluated project by project; no standard or certified FAI/PPAP promise is made.
The most important factors affecting unit cost when transitioning to series production are:
Production lead time is defined in the quotation from the approved drawing, material availability, quantity, operations, capacity and first-article approval. Transit time is assessed separately and depends on the destination, transport method, route and customs procedures. CNC-Turkey confirms the production and delivery plan with you before order placement; no fixed number of weeks or days applies to every project.
In long-term supply relationships, revision management is critical. With every revision change, it is recommended to update the drawing, material and inspection requirements and confirm with the supplier.
