How CNC parts are exported from Türkiye
CNC-Turkey is an independent sourcing and engineering company working with a partner workshop network. For buyers in Europe, the USA and Australia, one accountable team coordinates technical review, partner selection, production, inspection documentation, packing and export from Türkiye.
Each RFQ is reviewed against the drawing, material, critical tolerances, quantity, required documents, destination and delivery target. Manufacturing is carried out at a partner workshop selected for the part and process requirements.
- ✓CNC turned parts such as pins, bushings, shafts, rollers and flanges
- ✓CNC milled parts such as brackets, housings, plates and manifolds
- ✓Coordinated heat treatment, grinding, coating and agreed inspection scope
RFQ checklist for an export quotation
A complete technical file helps the team review manufacturing and delivery without assumptions.
- ✓PDF drawing and an available STEP/STP, IGES, DXF or DWG file
- ✓Material standard, heat treatment, coating and critical tolerances
- ✓Prototype quantity, order quantity and estimated repeat demand
- ✓Document requirements, delivery city, target date and preferred Incoterm
Incoterms, packing and freight
The quotation should name the Incoterm and destination. FCA Istanbul and DAP can be assessed for air or road shipments, while sea-freight terms are considered separately for suitable heavier orders.
Freight mode depends on urgency, weight, package size and destination. Export packing and corrosion protection are agreed for the part, route and storage conditions.
Quality and export documents
The document scope is agreed during quotation around the drawing and buyer requirements.
- ✓Dimensional inspection report and agreed inspection records
- ✓Material certificate and applicable process records
- ✓Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where required
Regional planning for Europe, the USA and Australia
European road freight, intercontinental air freight and sea freight require different cost and scheduling decisions. The buyer's customs broker should confirm tariff classification, import duty, taxes and destination-country requirements before shipment.
Australian buyers can review the dedicated Australia CNC machining page for sector fit, time-zone workflow, freight and the document set used for Australian orders.
