CNC machining Turkey

CNC-Turkey combines the capacity of four specialised partner workshops under written agreements and NDAs through one technical and commercial contact. We review your drawing against geometry, material, quantity, tolerances and finish, then route it to the appropriate turning, milling or secondary-process capability. One route can combine machining, deep-hole drilling, grinding, honing, heat treatment and coating when the drawing requires them. Buyers reach verified capacity without searching for a new workshop for every part. The first technical response is provided within two business days.

FAQ

CNC machining sourcing questions

Which files can I send?

A PDF drawing is the basis for quotation. STEP or other 3D models speed geometry review; include revision, material and quantity.

What tolerances can you hold?

Typical machining tolerance is ±0.02 mm and finish can reach Ra 0.4 µm. Feasibility is confirmed by feature, size, material and process route.

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes are typically 1–4 weeks; series orders are 2–10 weeks depending on size and quantity. Heat treatment or coating usually adds about one week.

Which quality documents come with the shipment?

Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report and material certificate. EN 10204 3.1 and series-production Cpk reporting are available on request.

Are my drawings kept confidential?

Yes. The four specialist partner workshops operate under written agreements and NDAs. Drawings are shared only for technical review, quotation and approved production.
