A first article inspection (FAI) report proves that the first part made from a drawing meets every requirement on it. Each characteristic is numbered on a ballooned drawing and listed in the report with its nominal, tolerance limits, measured actual, instrument and result.
The report can also be exported in AS9102 format with Forms 1, 2 and 3.

Yes. The tool is free to use without registration. You can balloon a drawing, enter measurements and export the report PDF, the ballooned drawing and a CSV file.
The drawing is split into overlapping sections and read by a vision model that lists each dimension, tolerance, thread, chamfer, roughness value, GD&T frame and note. On CAD-exported PDFs each balloon is then pinned to the exact text on the drawing. Every row must be checked and confirmed by the user.
Yes. Fit codes such as H7, h7, g6, k6, N7 or r6 up to 500 mm are converted into upper and lower limits. Dimensions without a written tolerance get limits from the ISO 2768 class (f, m, c or v) found in the title block or selected by the user.
No. The export is a structured inspection worksheet that follows the same idea as AS9102 characteristic accountability, but it is not a certificate. Conformity decisions remain with the inspector and the customer's quality requirements.
No drawing is stored on the CNC Turkey server. Page images are sent to the AI provider only after you give consent, and you can work completely manually without AI. Report generation receives only the worksheet fields.

AI may miss a dimension, fit or GD&T frame. Nothing is automatically approved. Explicit numeric limits are compared only after you review the row and enter a measured value. General tolerances, fits and geometric requirements need qualified interpretation.
No registration and no drawing is stored. Clear the session or close the tab to discard your working data. Report PDF export sends only the worksheet fields to CNC Turkey for generation; the source drawing is not included. Sharing anonymous correction statistics is optional and off by default.
