Shafts, flanges, bushings, couplers, bodies and similar rotational parts are planned after reviewing geometry and workholding conditions from the drawing.
Achievable tolerances depend on diameter, length, geometry, material, heat-treatment condition, process and inspection method. Critical dimensions and surface requirements are reviewed during quotation.
Carbon and alloy steels (C45, 42CrMo4, 41Cr4), stainless steels (1.4305, 1.4404), aluminium alloys (EN AW-6082 T6) and nickel alloys (2.4060 series) can be evaluated for turning. Material form, sourcing conditions and heat-treatment requirement are reviewed at the quotation stage.
Operations frequently required after turning can be coordinated from the drawing.
Turkey's CNC turning infrastructure has established experience, particularly in carbon steels, alloy steels and aluminium alloys. Under the EU Customs Union, turned steel and aluminium parts enter Europe with zero tariff; road freight delivery in 3–6 days is possible.
The same drawing, material and inspection requirements are maintained from prototype through to repeat series production. First Article Inspection (FAI) and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be provided when agreed at the quotation stage.

Dimensional inspection uses suitable conventional measuring equipment. Where CMM inspection, detailed dimensional reports or third-party verification are required, these services can be coordinated through a qualified measurement network.
