Each part is reviewed with its geometry, material, quantity, critical dimensions, heat treatment and surface requirements. The appropriate production route is clarified before quotation. This step verifies manufacturability before commitment and avoids surprise costs.

Can material certificates be supplied?

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be supplied when requested and agreed during quotation. Source, form, dimensions and purchase conditions affect availability.

What if CMM inspection or a detailed dimensional report is required?
